Today, I’m making the Sausage, Potato, and Spinach Soup as featured on the Damn Delicious cooking website.  It sounds lovely for this weather.  I’m going to pair the soup with the garlic knots featured on the same website.

Update:  Success!  Delicious delicious success.  I used half-and-half instead of the heavy cream but the viscosity of the broth changed properly.

Recently I’ve also done the Sweet Butter Muffins, one of the 50 muffin variations featured on Food Network.  I used margarine instead of butter because it’s what I had, but it still turned out tasty.
